- Market all plans and administrative services, including bid specifications, negotiations with carriers and administrators, comparison of quotes received and delivery of recommendations.
- Analyze and negotiate year-end financial accounting.
- Examine and compare Funding Alternatives.
- Handle pricing and cost analysis of benefit plan changes.
- Interim financial reviews.
- Develop contribution formulas and assist in setting employee contribution levels.
- Review plan year tax savings of your tax preferred programs (i.e. Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA’s), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA’s), Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s).
