  • Assist and coordinate wellness initiatives and strategies while we work with the carriers to help prevent future loss trends.
  • Develop and design cost containment programs.
  • Market all plans and administrative services, including bid specifications, negotiations with carriers and administrators, comparison of quotes received and delivery of recommendations.
  • Analyze and negotiate year-end financial accounting.
  • Examine and compare Funding Alternatives.
  • Handle pricing and cost analysis of benefit plan changes.
  • Interim financial reviews.
  • Develop contribution formulas and assist in setting employee contribution levels.
  • Review plan year tax savings of your tax preferred programs (i.e. Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA’s), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA’s), Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s).
